Nate Woods’ passion for financial literacy and stability led him to pursue a degree in Finance from Ball State University. After graduating during the pandemic, he began his career at a start-up communications company before transitioning to Morgan Stanley, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in investment services and obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Drawn to Waller & Wax Advisors for its collaborative team environment and client-first focus, Nate brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to helping clients achieve their financial goals. He takes pride in breaking down complex financial topics into clear, practical guidance that empowers clients to make confident decisions about their future.

Nate is particularly passionate about retirement planning and personal investing. He finds great fulfillment in identifying opportunities that help clients reach goals they may not have realized were possible.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys playing guitar, golfing, and playing pickleball. A Chicago native, he’s an avid fan of his hometown sports teams and loves exploring the Tampa area. He also gives back to the community through his volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and Feeding Tampa Bay.
